The second is shipping via international shipping units such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx: They apply to all international customers of Vietnamese Hair Factory. This is considered very convenient and keeps the order intact when shipped to consumers. When choosing this method, the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days, depending on your distance from our factory.

Cancel order

Second, the hair extension must be kept in the package and without any changes.
Third, you need to return it exactly to our factory address within the specified time.

First, contact us immediately to discuss the order. In this step, you can take a photo or video of the condition of the hair extension you received and send it to us for our staff to confirm. You should also include an invoice date for us to verify the time of the order.
Second, send the order back to the Vietnamese Hair Factory so that we can check the status of the order directly. Please send it back to the address provided by the staff within the time we give our factory to check the quality and errors of the hair extensions.
Third, after confirming your order meets the requirements for a return, we will either refund your money or resend a new order, depending on your preferences.
