Steps to ordering at the Vietnamese Hair Factory
Normally, orders at our factory will be processed according to the steps below. You can use this method to get the quickest processing.
First, you go to our website and choose the item you like. Then, you send us relevant selections about color, type, style, etc. so that the staff can help you note the order. Our staff will talk with you about the product; you are free to tell them your requirements related to the product or describe them.
Next, the staff will invoice you and confirm the order. You need to confirm whether the information is correct and start paying the deposit.
The last step is that the staff will confirm once the deposit is received and the factory starts production. Before shipping to you, we will send photos or videos for you to check on the product to see if it is okay. If everything is fine, we will just start shipping.
